I maybe wrong but is this error a die chip on Lincoln head and on the reverse monument left corner

I don't see a Die Chip on his head, only a Die Chip on the reverse.

Picture is better you have a spiked head ( die crack from the rim to the head ) in addition to a small die chip nice find

From what I understand, coins like this sometimes can bring a small premium but nothing significant, like maybe a dollar or two depending on the size/location of the die chip/die crack.

What I do when I want to know value is go to ebay, search what I have and filter to "sold/completed." This will show you what they have actually sold for, if anything. Don't pay much attention to the listed prices, see what they actually sell for. I've seen crazy people on there market vise job/PMD coins as some ultra rare finds and ask thousands. Its pretty ridiculous.
