2018 LSC & 1986 LMC Strike Through's?

So I see all these strike through threads and it reminded me of these 2 coins I have that I would like some opinions on.

The first is a 2018 LSC with a strange mark behind Lincoln's head. It appears to be plated and I'm not seeing raised/displaced metal like I think I would with PMD. I posted it months back on another forum with mixed reactions and no real answer. The second is a 1986 LMC with a similar type mark on the reverse.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated! Sorry for the large # of pics, I want to make sure I had different angles on the 1986.
