I found this in pocket change, from change I got from the Cinemagic movie theater in Merrimack, NH. I was watching Bohemian Rhaspody in the theater that day, when I got this in pocket change. Was this Struck Through a Rim Burr, or something else?

I find it interesting as well. It's definitely a Struck Through error, just a weird one.

Looks like a struck through rim bur that is still attached. Is the weight over a bit?
