It is my novice understanding that wing spikes are only attributed as a VAM on Peace dollars but not on Morgan dollars unless they are significant. Here are photos of my finding and I would appreciate any opinion as to whether it would potentially qualify as a VAM...I am unable to attribute it to any existing variety. In addition, note the clash near the reverse wreath leaves and Liberty's mouth. There may have been slight die rotation as well. Thanks as always for your help and guidance.

Appears to be a VAM 13C. The positioning of clash lines on the upper wing and neck match the 13C, but to confirm you'll have to verify the other diagnostics as you don't provide the photos necessary to confirm them.

Here are additional photos but I am unable to find any of the additional 13C diagnostics as shown on VAMWorld. I agree, it has the basic 13C diagnostics but the other ones shown on VAMWorld appear to be absent on my coin. Is this therefore just a die state progression (or lack of progression) for the 13C in relation to this particular coin?

Your coin is a far-date clashed variety. There are only two listings for this combination: Vam-World 13C; and 13G. Those additional diagnostics for the 13C are very small and may be masked by toning. I would call this a 13C.
