With the weakness of the state and the removal of the 3-D column on the right side, I feel it is more of an over polishing issue. No one had images of this for this year that I can find. So save it and check with John Wexler and see what he thinks?

There might be a clash on the obverse that is visible. Look closely Bate around the neck and both sides of the bust.
