It does not show any doubling, so it can't be MD. it looks like a damaged die issue to me ,where the details were partially struck.

The edge of the building was flattened, so it is MD. If it were a DDR, the steps would show a spread and notching on the edges of the steps.

Maybe I am missing something here, can someone show me which device in OP's pictures has been doubled and where is the doubling?thanks.
