good evening Its been a while since I have posted cold weather means CRH this 1957 BIE cent has something strange with the eyelids looking for some thoughts on it. Perhaps just a very well placed hit? any help would be great

after reading your question I took a tooth pick under the USB microscope and checked the area seems to be raised
