1983 D Roosevelt Dime Error?

Found this dime that appears to read "Ix God We Trust" as opposed to
"IN GOD WE TRUST" Any help appreciated.. just unsure how to distinguish mint errors versus post mint.. thanks in advance!!

To the CCF.

That is just damage.
The right side of the N has taken a hit and pushed the metal
over making it look like an X.

Post minting damage ( PMD), the letter N took a hit.

Counting machine and vending machine also damage coins, flattening the devices. There were normal when they were struck.

Hey guys, these pics sucks and I'll try to post better ones soon.
Anyways, I think I see an angle on unicoin's dime's "B" of liberty sharpening the top of letter.
I got a 1983 D dime with some thing going on in the same spot also on "E" "R". The top interior walls of these letters have an angle all matching direction. This reduces the surface area top of the letters and was hoping it could be DD.
