Severely damaged coin, possibly a parking lot find. PMD (post minting damage) not an error.

@DN, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes we call these "parking lot" coins because of the damage pattern. This coin is a spender.

Im new at this and was wondering pretty much the fact that the back of the coin is visible on the bust side suggested more is all
