Hello, I've searched and cannot find anything regarding this medal or token online. On the obverse is Arthur Duke of Wellington. On the reverse I can make out the words London and I believe the date of 1844. Thank you in advance for any help.

It commemorates the unveiling of the equestrian statue in 1844. A wide variety of tokens were issued but I can't match this one. If it is a copy of the official medal, it is a brutally bad copy.
