If this were one of the mid 2000's it would be called a DDR. Take a look at this 1992-D, what do you think.

Those are die scratches. The bay areas are part of the fields. So die polishing leaves die scratches into the die, raised lines on the coins. No premium for this, but knowing what it is, the reward.

Extra columns on a true DDR would be the same distance apart as the original columns, that's not the case with this coin. Just die scratches.
