I collect Seychelles and found this on the bay. Might be worth it just for the amusement factor. For those of you that aren't familiar, Seychelles never produced a 2 Rupees coin.

ICG is pretty reputable. Could have been an error on the label. I've seen errors on PCGS and NGC too.

ICG mislabeled it. It happens from time to time with all the TPG's

ICG is usually ranked behind ANACS and is one of the companies that actually try to get it right

ICG is actually now staffed by all the old ANACS graders and ANACS is staffed by the original ICG graders. hope this answers your question.

Meh, I rarely buy anything ANACS let alone ICG. I highly prefer PCGS or NGC! -PP
