Got this from local coin store for 5 dollars. It doesn't appear to have any scratches or wear. Unfortunately has some black spots on it. Research shows it is made of brass with 20 million minted.

This would be a cheap coin, were it not the black spots.

As you're unlikely to get rid of the black spots, it's probably about the right price.
