@ob7, first welcome to CCF. Second, please describe what you are seeing with the coin in hand. Nothing about this coin jumps out at me, but I do note that about a third of the coin is overexposed, so it is a little hard to know what you are seeing. Thx.

From that picture it looks like a regular 1977D cent.
If there is an "error", we cannot see it with that picture.

Looks pretty normal. I see a misaligned die on the obverse, not enough to bring a premium above face value.
