Need help identifying the below Cash like coin. It is 36mm and weighs 14.3g. I just couldn't find it in any of my references. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Just to close the loop on this post, I found out the following:

The characters on the reverse are #30070;#36019;#30334;#25991; which translates as "Value 200 Mon". The obverse reads #30333;#37509;#37666; which translates as "White Copper Sen". The character at the bottom is a signature. It is a Japan Provincial coin from the Aizu circa 1864.

No idea of rarity, value or legitimacy. Any addition thoughts welcome.
