F-12 by a hair(line), though the obverse hardly rates better than VG. But a nice clean example!

Should make F12. Tough date with the 8th lowest mintage in the entire series (4,431,000 struck, just slightly higher than the '11-S)

I'm thinking it might go F-15 but my concern is it could have had a long ago light cleaning .

I'm at VG10+ I think it just misses the F12 grade due to overall flatness of the coin on both sides. it may have been cleaned a long time back but is market acceptable. if I was buying it I would try to pay less than F12 for it. there are no major issues on either side

It is borderline VG10 / F12 in my opinion. I'd try to pay VG money for it if possible.

Agree with others VG-10/F-12, close call. The color is not as brown as it should be, looks to be an old cleaning.
