Hello. Found this weird 2004-D penny. Not a DDR. I am thinking this coin is a plating issue. My guess would be a linear plating bubble. ( referring to the lines going across the reverse memorial design) What are your thoughts? Appreciate any input. Happy hunting!

But the lines on the reverse reminds me more of rolling lines. These are on the planchets before the strike and sometimes they don't go away with the strike. How do I know for sure?
