Saw something that looked different about the ear lobe on this one. Would like others opinions on what it might be. There also seems to be something going on with the E in WE. Thanks!

That is Machine Doubling or coin damage. Note how the devices show contour on them? The areas you posted are not showing contour, but the devices were altered. The mark is incuse on those areas. On doubled dies, they are an enlargement of the devices, not a reduction of the devices.
