Edit: Hard to tell but yours may have a star in the right reverse field, rather than the crescent in that previous Anastasius example. So this might be closer to the variety:

Yup, A Byzantine folles, there isn't enough obverse detail to say for sure it might be Anastasius as Bob said, but I'm leaning more towards Justin I.
