This one just got pushed back recently into my number 2 slot for favorite toned IHP proof. I love her nonetheless though. I lost some detail on the reverse trying to resize the picture, but the jist is there.   |

@DoctorBurnzy, that's an amazing toner! And Rick liked it as well, I see! I don't think that could be a "#2" coin in anyone else's collection, at least, not mine... That being said, I see these coins in PCGS straight grade holders and then I see proof IHC's with exactly the same colors and patterns detailed for questionable color or AT. It would be nice if PCGS could get their act together on this subject. questionably for sure, beautiful coin, but there is no way for the face to be that white, under normal toning/timing exposure..

@silverwolf, it's actually a metallic blue, and not uncommon for proof IHC's. The proofs in the series are well-known for some very colorful toning.
