I know sellers pics are blurry but I don't detect any letters in LIBERTY . Hope they are there when you receive it .
$31 is high for that coin .

I think it looks at least AU but can't tell if it's been cleaned. Look fwd to seeing it in hand.

I think it has been dipped numerous times . Still left some black ox both sides . AU-53 Details .

Now an undipped coin in this grade would presumably have at least some luster intact, no?
So can you discern any luster in the fields?

yes, I would say there is remaining luster over 65% of the coin where you see the flow lines. having a hard time capturing in photos. will give it another shot.

Yeah, this one definitely has the dull cleaned-look. But like you said, some coins are tough to photograph. It seems like you're a good judge on identifying cleaned coins when you have them inhand. I would go with your gut if you see luster. If you have doubts, return to sender.
