Ok guys.. I think I really found something here! Well 2, both 1987.. Is this a common thing for this year? Not sure if this is broadstruck.. Somebody please tell me I finally found something!

I know it was driving me crazy too! I couldnt find where to rotate them.. I took the pics the right way and could only find the crop option...sorry about that.. So its not an error just a worn out die?
