I have a indian head 1903 with all details sharp, xf. But it has toned red. It just looks red. Does that bring its value down?

Do you have pics ?

usually natural toning will not affect the value of the coin in an adverse way unless it is just plain ugly because of it .

I would like to see what you mean by red !

Sort of what you mean by Red. If it is just turning a normal reddish due to normal Oxydation, no big thing. If it is actually turning a true red you may have something else combining with the metal of the coin. If possible try for a photo showing the actual color.
