I found this in a mixed bankroll, from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. It's actually a miracle that this coin is still in MS BU condition! It was a surprise!

On the 007 there is a marker on the "WE" area:

I found a 1946 D this morning that is a DDR. There is no match anywhere on any site so I'm thinking it is a stage that hasn't been attributed yet. My bank called and a lady bought a storage unit with $40 worth of wheaties so now they are mine to go through!
