Hello. CRHing right now, and came across this 1984. Looks like it may be an RPM, but I think it could be DDD. Let me know what you think! Thank you!

Nope, not an RPM. What you have here is Split Plate Doubling on the mint mark, which is common on the Copper plated Zinc planchets. The Copper plating split, causing the Zinc core to get exposed. There's no premium for this. http://www.error-ref.com/split-plate-doubling/
