@Screeb741, can you also please post an overall pic of the rev of this coin? From your close-ups, it is hard to tell if there is just surface staining or something else. Thx.

It's got "stuff" stuck on it. Give it a soak in acetone and see how much of that stuff will come off.

Whatever it is, it can't be an error.
It certainly didn't happen in the striking chamber.
Must be some sort of PMD.

He showed full pictures of it on the NGC forum, they told him it was glue or adhesive as well.
