Hello , I collect paper money , Washington quarters, and Lincoln Penny's . ..mostly pennies its a hobbie I love and can afford lol..I did come across a quarter 1982 Philadelphia mint that doesn't look right to me maybe it was struck wrong I'm unsure and could use some help identifying the mistakes if any?
