I don't know I came across this Washington quarter 1982 Philadelphia mint looks like doubling on the in god we trust and or maybe struck wrong I don't know and could really use the info thanks.

Correct terminology-
There are no "mistakes" in the minting of coins,
they are called errors.

From what I can tell from those pictures, it is
not a Doubled Die but Machine Doubling.
