I am looking to buy a Hands free magnifier for cleaning found coins
so I can rose thorn crude between details.

a model with a adjustable light source would be ideal so I can play with contrast to emphasize details

also what magnification is needed

Should be at least 12x but I think 14x-20x max. There are a lot on the bay.

I use a 4 inch round mag on a 10 inch flexible gooseneck that clips on and off to a table . Not sure of the magnification but it works great leaving 2 hands free for precise work .
