I found this 1945 D LWC in a bag that my bank called me about. I have quite a few more different LWC that I will post later. Pretty cool find. One bag down, three to go.

Looks good Jim. The DDO-003 is pretty similar but that tilted D looks like DDO-001. Die crack in the hair above the forehead is usually pretty easy to see if the coin isn't real worn in that area. That one's a keeper.

Yes sir! Second to the last cent in a $25 bag and I sure am glad to have it! The tilt on the mintmark and placement told the story on which one.

Nice find Jim! Good thing your bank called you about the bag of Wheat Cents! It looks like you are going to find a lot of good stuff. Good luck buddy!

Jim: Could you take a larger image of the date and mint mark area? The '4' is bothering me as it doesn't look like 001? It maybe the lighting and the image size that is not looking right to me. Everything else looks correct though.

The center of the '$' looks different, but everything else matches:

Thank you Mr. Coop! I just got the correct magnifier for my phone, no more blurry pics.
