It's weak reverse and I think I see a hint of the D mint mark which would make it a weak D. Just MHO.

Does not look like a die pair match for any of the 4 no/weak D varieties, but need better images. I am noting GOD being strong, both 2's roughly equal in strength, and the fact that the D does seem to reasonably there (that is not is killer thing though).
