fortcollins Pillar of the Community United States 3649 Posts	Posted 12/09/2018 9:36 pm If it is happening to multiple coins, and is well away from single squeeze doubling locations, wouldn't that suggest die damage? I think I can make out a series of NNE-SSW abrasion marks at the base of Monticello. Could these marks be gouges inflicted when the die was wire-brushed?
