Mint mark seems a little odd on this one also.

Machine Doubling on the mint mark lower serif. The mark above that is a damaged mint mark punch issue. Look at the images on this link:

While these are RPMs, the damaged punch issue is not part of the RPM. You can find this on many dies on all denominations that year.
