It seems to me that you are hooked on the venture! Next step get a folder for the wheats and start filling them holes! It gets even more addictive staring at those dang empty spots, makes ya want to fill 'em fast!
You have an excellent start for only being at it a few days.

I did get a few books today. I got a lincoln cents 1909-1973 and one 1974-

I got the ones where you can see both sides of the coins.

I also got Roosevelt dimes 1946-
Jefferson nickels 1938-

Books I got were
"Strike it Rich with pocket change error coins bring big money"
"A guide book of lincoln cents"
"2009 Official Red Book"
"2009 Official Blue Book"
"coin collecting a beginners guide to the world of coins"

And I got myself a magnifying glass but it's not a good one.

I spent my bday money!

On-line http://www.whitmanbooks.com/ has a good selection.

Even a poor magnifier is better than none( them dang small dates) As you get further along and into more costly Numismatic items you will want a good one! A jewelers loop is also a good idea to carry around with you, for those all of a sudden finds!

If you look up coin shows or coin stores you would find that most have albums or folders available.
Nice start with those cents so far. Now you have to find an 09S VDB in change.

Found 3 more wheaties at work today. A 1953 S that I didn't have one of. And another 1955 D and another 1951 D.

This is fun! LOL

Try investing in a magnifier with a built-in light, they don't cost much and produce so much more detail than no light.
