The figure resembles St. John the Baptist on a Firenze Fiorino d'oro. I cannot make out the reverse.

As BobL says, the first picture is unmistakeable in identifying this coin as a medieval fiorino or florin d'or, a type of gold coin made across much of Europe in the 13th to 17th century.

However, there are also many imitations of these coins for tourists, etc.

Normally the reverse is a fleur-de-lis design, and yours does not have this, which makes it unusual, or suggests it is an imitation.
