Cambumba is a town in Angola, that's all I could find.

Are there mines in that location? Did they use mining tokens in Angola? That is what it reminds me of at least, though there's no denomination, so might be a store card?

There are large diamond mines across Angola, a few are close to Cambumba -- there is also a large iron mine close by.
Coffee is a major export from that area too, many plantations in that area.
