I see CC list as 1961D-1DO-001 CLASS 5 (MDS) With extra bar on the L of Liberty. But mine is little bit difference. Is this something new or no? What do you think Masters?

That tip on the '6' is on most of those coins that year.
Variety Vista list no DDO on plain or Denver.
Coppercoins lists one from Denver:

Wexler lists three doubled working hubs for this year/mint. Also 6 DDO's.

Wexler's shows die scratches over the 'E' on LIBERTY. Does yours have that. The centers of the 'B' look the same as Wexler's. But the image you are using from Wexlers site says this:

Quote:

1961-D 1¢ WWHO-001 Doubled Working Hub
Description: A spread towards the center shows on the letters of LIBERTY.

It has many dies created with this from the Doubled Working Hub.
