This 1961 D LMC looks as if there may be doubling on the upper lip, the lower lip has it too but I do not have the equipment for such close detail as it is barely shown. My first thought was MD but no other MD could be found. There is no MD on the nose, chin, throat, forehead. But am still not ruling out MD. Thoughts?

It may very well may be John1, I had to completely rule out a high bonce MD as no other devises were affected.
