Although the photos are really not the best, it seems this coin has about an F15 obverse and an XF reverse. This seems atypical so I even asked the seller if he possibly mixed up some photos.

His response:
The coin is as pictured and I cannot really get any closer with the pictures ...however if you're having any doubts about the grade and what you see please pass on the coin because ultimately you're not going to be satisfied on it anyways ....however the pictures are correct

Have you seen this type of grade mismatch before on Mercury dimes or other coins?

Reverse looks XF to me too obverse looks VF-30 IMO. Looks to have been cleaned and re-toned.

Reverse does not look EF to me, but these pics are too small and soft to get a solid feel. I'll pass on trying to grade it.

Looks like normal wear and possibly cleaned at one time. Regardless, I'd pass just due to the comments of the seller.
Rest in Peace

I'll go with VF-20 obverse and VF-30 reverse . Does not look cleaned to me . I don't see a problem with mismatching grades on this coin .
