"ONE CENT" and "AMERICA" on the reverse:

- "E" in cent... the bottom bar looks significantly thinner than the top bar
-"ER" in America, seem to be missing part of the devices on top... MD? PSD?

The devices are thinner in size, because the die has been polished down to remove whatever damage was on it.
