There are noticeable differences on these Two 1968 Proof Quarters. Both from mint proof sets. The most noticeable areas are the Tail feathers details, Olive leaf above the U , above the A, the both ends of the arrows, back of the Eagle's head.Any ideas?

Did you catch a point on the RDV-005?

Quote:
Comments: Rare, perhaps 1% of mintage.

Also on the RDV-006:

Comments: Scarce, perhaps 3% of mintage.

Also two more. RDV-007

Comments: Comprises about 75% of mintage.

RDV-008:

So there are 4 different ones. I missed that the first time. When adding up the two first ones, it only added up a small percentage of them. Look deeper and found the other 2. Learn something new all the time.

Yep different dies, different hubs, and the die for coin 1 was more worn than the die for coin 2.
