Description. Possibly a 1961-D Cent Struck on a 1960-D Small Date Cent. 1961-D 1C Lincoln Cent--Struck on a 1960 D cent. The 1960 date and mintmark are not surprisingly clear. Comments welcome.

What you have is a normal cent. The initials on the coat may be a hit the cent may have taken. Pics are hard to see and are a little blurry. As far as a 61 D over a 60 D, I don't believe there has ever been one minted. There is however a 1960 D small date over a large date 1960 D. Maybe that's what you're thinking?

It looks like a normal 1961-D cent to me. I don't see initials on his shirt or any sign of a zero under the last one. Also, the pics appear to have been taken through a capsule/slab, which is not recommended. Pics out of any holder (if possible) are best for clarity.
