I can see doubling on the date and mint mark; on Liberty and slightly on IGWT. I cannot make comparison with the Wexler's 1972 S DDOs. Looking forward to hear your opinions. Please verify. Thank you.

It is Machine Doubling (AKA Strike Doubling). This happens after the strike with the die damaging the fresh devices. Not a doubled die. MD is a reduction of the devices removing the contour from the device, most often on one side.
