Found this attractive denarius, but can't get a lock on the emperor. Kinda looks like a young Nero, but I couldn't find a match. Looks like Victoria on the reverse (possibly).

You can see the beginning of the legend just at the tip of the neck at the lower right of the portrait. It begins with "Nero". One can see "Nero" on that coin.
