Found this attractive denarius, but can't get a lock on the emperor. Kinda looks like a young Nero, but I couldn't find a match. Looks like Victoria on the reverse (possibly).

I believe your coin is:

Nero AR Hemidrachm of Caesaria, Cappadocia. c54-63 AD. NERO CLAVD DIVI CLAVD F CAESAR AVG GERMANI, laureate head right / Victory standing right, foot on globe, inscribing a shield. RSC 351.

You can see the beginning of the legend just at the tip of the neck at the lower right of the portrait. It begins with "Nero". One can see "Nero" on that coin.
