This coin is unnaturally white with the obverse showing the resulting diminished luster more than the reverse. I'd love to see what it looked like before having 100% of it's patina stripped off.
UNC Details - Improperly Cleaned should be the grade.

 But suspect it will grade problem free MS-62/63. Not my cup of tea.

Looks lustrous to me. I do see parallel hairlines on the reverse but it could be the pictures. Should have more toning.
If it isn't details I would grade it ms-62 with a 'well-dipped' designation.
