Grading this series baffles me, I wouldn't be surprised to see anything from XF40 - MS65. My guess would be MS61.

I'm trying to decide whether the nicks are bag marks or from mishandling.
If it's baggy then I'd say MS-61 or -62.
If from from mishandling then I'd go with low AU.
