I see printed on the note "Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia". This incarnation of Yugoslavia ceased to exist in 1991. This area (the Balkan Peninsula) is now occupied by several independent nations including Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, and Serbia.
Yugoslavia's notes are interesting for the Soviet-era history and also because they're printed in several languages which represents the country's linguistic and ethnic heterogeneity.
