so I have 2 penny's that have the same exact markings on the obverse both 1996 one is from Philly and the other from Denver. The Philly penny is the full face shot. what do u guys & Gals believe this to be.

Just Machine Doubling. Nothing doubled. All devices are normal size with a slight amount of reduction on the devices.

Machine Doubling usually reduces the size of the devices.
