I was able to attribute this coin using the Osburn-Cushing reference.

Nice work on identifying the variety as usual NS! I would say vf-35 on the generous side.
The last one you posting had the cleaned-blue look as well but turned out to look great in your photos.

So I'm guessing you have found a source that is just horrible at taking pics. Please update us with pics when you get this one inhand!

Well, the good news is that it looks original like the last one you posted. It's also free from major distractions except for some rim issues. The bad news is I would drop the grade down to vf-25.
There's too much rub.

VF-35 at best. Probably paid on the high side for it, since demand has been weak for the last few years. Reverse shows some possible rim damage/ex jewelry issues.
