This is the most common $20 Liberty and as such is easily found in choice mint state. This one could grade MS-64 based on mark-free surfaces but luster looks dull and there seems to be some rub on cheek, bust, and hair. Reverse strike doesn't look particularly strong. Based on these photos I'd say AU-58.
